We use only genuine Toyota or OEM parts.

We Provide you with a fully prepared and fully Licensed Private Hire vehicle, complete with any equipment required for use on any of the local Taxi / Private Hire companies App Platforms.
We deal with all the paperwork relating to the Vehicle and include all Licensing / Testing and Plating fees.

Insure the vehicle Fully ComprehensiveÂ
and put Fuel in the tank.
We Know accidents can happen, and without proper management they can be costly for all involved both in time and lost earnings.
We have a dedicated accident management team in place to assist you in the event of all non fault accidents to get you back on the road as fast as possible.

DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?
We generally require a Deposit equal to the Insurance excess stated on your Fully Comprehensive policy,
If you therefore decide to take an insurance policy with a higher standard or voluntary excess then you will be increasing the amount we require for an initial deposit.
We would also require the first weekly Hire fee in advance when starting the Rental.
WHAT IS YOUR POLICY FOR DAMAGED VEHICLES?
Whilst our package includes all regular maintenance and repairs due to wear & tear.
We do not cover bodywork damage or mechanical damage due to Fault accidents or neglect which would be the responsibility of the hirer.
We do however have an approved Bodyshop that deals with all our paint & body repairs either via Insurance or contract at preferential rates for our Fleet.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We can accept the weekly Hire Fee Payments for vehicles by:
Cash, Debit / Credit Card / BACS or Paypal

WHAT ABOUT BREAKDOWN COVER?
As most Hire & Reward Taxi policies have Breakdown cover included or offer it as a low cost option we have found it better for the Hirer to purchase or include this in their own policy.
If and when any help is needed you will as the policy holder be better able to call the  company direct to arrange assistance 24 hrs a day.
In our experience local taxi companies usually require evidence of breakdown &Â recovery cover as a condition of working on the company.
